If you would like to join a school of self-motivated learners, then we would love to hear from you. We are aiming to establish and develop a group of students and teachers who are committed to building a reflective learning community, and welcome anyone who would like to join us on this challenging adventure.
Our admission process is very straightforward. Once we hear that you are interested, we will arrange an informal visit to look around the school, meet other students, and speak with Stephen Rix, our headteacher. This will be followed by a prospective day spent sharing lessons, lunch and any other activities going on that day. If all goes well, this would be followed by a prospective week.
If the student would then like to join the school and if the school feels that it would be able to support them adequately, an interview is arranged with the parents, the student and the headteacher, to be held in your home.
Following a successful interview, a further conversation will be held with a trustee to discuss the nature and the level of any voluntary work parents might be willing and able to offer.
